  2. No refund will be due:

    • for missed live classes where recordings or reasonable substitute access are provided;
    • for dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference, lack of time, lack of participation, or failure to meet the learner’s expectations where the course substantially matched its description.
  3. If a refund is approved:
    • it will be processed to the original payment method where possible;
    • administrative or payment-processing charges may be deducted where lawfully permitted;
    • access to the course and all related materials will terminate immediately.
  4. We may, at our discretion, offer a credit, transfer, rescheduling option, or partial refund instead of a cash refund.
  5. Nothing in this section excludes any non-excludable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

9. Free Trials, Promotions, Scholarships, and Discount Codes

We may offer free access, promotional pricing, discounts, scholarships, bursaries, or special campaigns from time to time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • promotions are time-limited and subject to availability;
  • only one promotion may be used per purchase;

12. No Guaranteed Results or Employment

Our courses are designed to support practical skills development and may help learners prepare for freelancing, remote work, or entrepreneurship. However, no course, certificate, mentorship session, or service guarantees employment, remote work, income, clients, business success, visa eligibility, or any particular career result. The site markets training for remote work and online business opportunities, but those outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Any testimonials, examples, case studies, or success stories are illustrative only and are not promises of similar outcomes.

13. Learner Responsibilities

You agree to:
